Joe Sullivan is a true owner-operator. He does everything himself and he did a fantastic job for us at a more than reasonable price. All his equipment is new and the most up to date. He will be missed by all his customers here in Florida. You won't be sorry for using him and I hope his new business in Mississippi is a success I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Joe did our entire property and was fast and efficient! He returned phone calls, came when he said he would, was fairly priced and so very nice. The work he did for us in Florida where moisture can be a problem, lasted all year. In fact we were getting ready to call him again and found out he had moved!
